I was born in a
Christian family in 1989. I've been homeschooled since I was four years old
(that means I was at home and I am schooled there).
I was saved when I
was 6 years old. It all started with a little story in Sunday School with a
little girl named Tiffany. I was in Sunday School just listening to the story
when the teacher said that Tiffany was saved. I asked what saved is, and my
teacher said it is something that you have to ask your Mom and Dad
about.
When I came home, I asked what saved is and Mom said it is when
you ask for forgiveness for your sins, believe in your heart, and ask Jesus in
your heart. Then, a Pastor came to visit. We prayed at the end of the service,
and he asked if anyone wanted to get saved. He told us to come up, and I ran up
to the front of the church. We talked. Then, I went home with my
parents.
That night, my Mom talked to me about being saved and what all
the Pastor said. I told her I didn't pray with the Pastor. She asked me if I
believed Jesus is the Son of God. And if I believed He died to take away the
sins of the world, even my sins. I said I did. We prayed then, and I asked
Jesus to come into my heart and save me. That's why to this very day, I am
saved. |
